The correct guidance of the rollers can ensure that the conveyor belt accurately delivers materials to various processing workstations, improving the degree of automation and efficiency of production.

The most basic function of the idler is to support the material on the conveyor belt. During the material conveying process, the weight of the material is entirely pressed onto the conveyor belt. If there is no support from the rollers, the conveyor belt will experience significant sagging due to the weight of the material, resulting in uneven distribution of the material and even the possibility of material slipping. For example, at the bulk cargo terminal in the port, a large amount of coal, ore and other bulk cargo are loaded, unloaded and transported through conveyor belts. The idler rollers can be tightly arranged under the conveyor belt, effectively supporting these heavy bulk cargo, ensuring that the conveyor belt remains relatively flat, and enabling materials to be transported stably on the conveyor belt.
